Irish & Associates actuated valves are used to control the flow and/or pressure drop of various media. The types of valves, actuators and controls are almost unlimited. The degree of required control determines the types of components selected for a given application. This can be as simple as an actuator on a valve, or as complex as an actuator with I/P positioner, position output transmitter, solenoid, manual override, position lock-up, air-set and protective enclosure.

Irish & Associates designs and builds customized actuator systems mounted on any type valve to satisfy any operational situation and any control requirement. Actuator systems are available to cover a torque range from 50 in. lbs. to 50,000 ft. lbs., and are designed from a wide range of manual, pneumatic and electric components. All required hardware is manufactured in-house. Systems are tested and stroked in a precision testing laboratory prior to shipment.

We are a complete source for actuated valve systems. These can be built to customer specifications, or can be custom designed to replace or upgrade existing control valve systems. Irish & Associates will accept responsibility for selecting the best available components for the system, or will incorporate into the design the customer's equipment preferences.
