Barriquand Platular Heat Exchangers

The Platular is the only all welded heat exchanger with spacing between plates varying between 1/8" and 2". The Platular incorporates the best features of both plate & frame and shell & tube exchangers, and eliminates the weaknesses of both types.

Techmark Plate Coil Heat Exchangers

Techmark manufactures Plate Coil type heaters/coolers for use on the outside of tanks and pipes, or immersion in fluid streams.

Techmark Plate Coils are manufactured by stamping gentle corrugatons into metal sheets up to 48"wide and 192" long. Two embossed sheets are spot resistance welded using automated computerized equipment to produce double embossed plate coils. One embossed sheet and one plain sheet are spot welded to produce a single embossed plate coils. The sheet perimeters are resistance welded. Additional seam welds are made, resulting in the formation of the flow path to achieve optimum performance. Techmark Plate Coils are not hydraulically or pneumatically inflated, thus eliminating uncontrolled stretching of metal and stressed welds.

Plate Concepts Plate & Frame Heat Exchangers

Plate Concepts manufactures plate and frame heat exchanger units. The gasketed units can be designed for pressures to 300 PSI, temperatures to 300F, and flow to 1500 GPM. The plates are available in any metallurgy that can be pressed, and any resilient gasket material is available. These plate and frame heat exchanges have a very high overall "U" values of up to 1500.
