Tuthill Pump Company has
been a leader in the development of positive displacement pumps of many type since 1927.
Tuthill has taken the lead in advanced magnet technology and now offers magnetic couplings
of samarium cobalt (rare earth) for high torque and temperature applications, yet with no
increase in size. Tuthill takes
great pride in their pumps and their ability to respond to our customers' needs.
Tuthill offers five pump series in order to cover the
widest range of applications.

Tuthill manufactures a complete range of magnet drive gear pumps
designed
to provide flow rates from milliliter per minute to 7.5 gallons per minute and
differential pressures up to 250 PSI.
The materials of construction used in our pumps
are selected for the highest quality and corrosion resistance. Our basic pumpheads are
made from 316 stainless steel, however, we also offer specialty pumps made from
Hastelloy® C276, Titanium and filled Ryton® Plastic.
Gear
materials offered include Waukesha 88 Nickel Alloy, Carbon/Teflon®-Filled
Ryton® ,
Carbon, Virgin Hi-T Teflon® , and PEEK. Bearing materials are offered in Filled
Ryton® ,
Carbon, Glass filled Teflon® , or PEEK.
